Once in awhile, we’ll come across an awesome-looking headset that we just have to have, only to find out that while the headset looks great, it’s pretty crappy sound-wise. Luckily, we’ve just been made aware of the Star Wars X-Wing Pilot Gaming Headset, which is made by Turtle Beach (so, you know, there’s nothing crappy about it).
The headset sports an incredible design that’s inspired by the X-Wing pilots in Star Wars, complete with the iconic orange and grey colorway. But they’re more than just cool-looking headsets. They sport full-range audio, thanks to its 40mm Neodymium speakers that provide crystal clear highs and booming bass. Mic and volume controls are placed right on the wire, and the boom mic is adjustable. It works with any controller that has a 3.5mm jack, as well as smartphones, tablets, and the like. It’s available now for $80.
