It’s no secret that adult coloring books are all the rage these days, and for good reason. I mean, why should kids get to have all the fun? Art therapists have long touted the mental health benefits of coloring — there is no better form of stress relief — and the rest of the world is finally catching on. While there are many varieties available, our favorites are of course the ones themed after our favorite books, television shows, and movies, the latest of which is this Doctor Who Coloring Book from Price Stern Sloan (an imprint of the Penguin Group).

The book contains 96 beautifully illustrated, detailed pages containing The Doctor (all twelve incarnations, from William Hartnell up to Peter Capaldi, plus the War Doctor) and the companions, their enemies (including the Daleks, Cybermen, the Ood, and Weeping Angels), the TARDIS, the time vortex. It also features the show’s most memorable quotes printed across the back of each page, allowing Whovians to relive their favorite moments from the long-running BBC sci-fi series.

So if you’re looking to escape reality for a while, grab your TARDIS blue colored pencil (and your sonic screwdriver) and travel through space and time with The Doctor on a wibby wobbly, timey wimey coloring adventure. The Doctor Who Coloring Book released in the U.S. on February 23rd, and is available for purchase via Amazon.
