Little Nightmares: A Comic Book To Go Beyond The Game

This mini series of comic books was the best way to "go beyond our games and use several formats such as comic books to tell great stories."

Little Nightmares, a cute but scary game from developing team Tarsier Studios and publisher Bandai Namco, is going to be launching April 28th of this year with a comic book. Teaming up with Titan Comics, Bandai Namco is proud to announce the first issue out of four as an in-game tie-in to Little Nightmares.

The game is a 3D puzzle-platformer and the comic will chronicles the adventures of “Six, a little girl, who tumbles into a den of ravenous creatures beneath The Maw – a grim feeding trough for the swollen, corrupted souls of the world. A place where excess is encouraged and dark secrets kept far out of sight.”little nightmares comic book

Vice President of Marketing & Digital at Bandai Namco Hervé Hoerdt, happily explains why the company decided this mini series of comic books was the best way to “go beyond our games and use several formats such as comic books to tell great stories. With these comics, fans will be able to dive deeper into the vast universe of Little Nightmares and learn more about events connected to the game and beyond.”

The Little Nightmares comic book will be “written by Dan Watters (Assassin’s Creed: Uprising) and Alex Paknadel (Assassin’s Creed: Uprising) with art by Aaron Alexovich (Heart Shaped Skull).” If you’re interested, it will be “available to order from Diamond Previews catalogue” likely around the same time as the game’s launch.
