Japanese Commercial For Breath Of The Wild Reveals Too Much

WARNING: Spoilers for Breath of the Wild ahead! If you want to stay pure, keep away!

A TV commercial has aired in Japan for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and it’s got a few major spoilers. More than one character and enemy reveal that finally crosses the line into way too much information. I think most fans of the game series would much rather avoid knowing so many details, so again, if you’d rather be surprised when you play the game, do not read on.

That said, let’s dive into this commercial. It looks a lot like the trailer from Nintendo’s Treehouse presentation, however there are some significant details revealed. There is at least one new enemy or character that I cannot liken to anything else in the series.

It looks like a mechanical bird made out of stone, that’s all I can say. There’s also what appears to be a Garo or Garo master, though the mask reminds me a great deal of Iron Knuckle (both enemies from Majora’s Mask). Another enemy reveal, is that of what looks like a Volgavia revival. The design of which is phenomenal and I can’t wait to gawk at it in the game. Probably while trying not to set myself on fire.

There is so much more that can be scene in the split seconds between shots and to the watchful eye, I’m sure you’ll be catch all of them too. Do these cross the line towards too much information on the game for you too? Or are you happy to jump on the details and analyze the hell out of them? Let the debate begin in the comments below!
