Nintendo Direct To Focus On ARMS and Splatoon 2

Yet another Nintendo Direct is coming our way, and this time it will focus on ARMS and Splatoon 2. The event will air this Wednesday April 12th at 3:00 p.m. PT/6:00 p.m. ET.  According to the Nintendo Direct page, it will also talk about the Switch and 3DS.Nintendo Direct To Focus On ARMS and Splatoon 2

Perhaps we’ll finally be getting a release date other than”summer” and “spring” for both games. Especially since I hear Spring has already started in some countries!

ARMS isn’t my style at all, but Nintendo might be unveiling even more depth and dynamic gameplay to the somewhat silly-looking concept that might pique my interest. As much as I highly doubt it, I have heard there is more to the game when you actually play it, so it there might be something to it.

Splatoon 2, however, now that’s a game that fits the Switch like a glove. The more couch co-op games for this system the better, in my opinion. Especially with a basic FPS game that’s so easy to get into. As Splatoon can be described as the multiplayer for n00bs and more experienced players for a bit of competition between friends.

Though what exactly Nintendo will announce for Splatoon 2, is anyone’s guess. A release date is the most likely, but it seems to me like they’ve already talked about all the new features of weapons. However, it’s entirely possible that there is much more the sequel, like a single player campaign, new game modes, and added dynamic gameplay (like power-ups),

What do you hope to see at this Nintendo Direct? Which game are you most looking forward to? Let us know in the comments below!
