A new trailer for Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has surfaced and it features the character Roland.
He was a president from Ichi no Kuni before he was mysteriously transported to Ni no Kuni. Roland finds and makes a good friend in Evan Pettywhisker, who is not petty at all. Pettywhisker isn’t without a past either, being “the deposed king of Ding Don Dell.” I see the puns are strong with this one.
Along with Roland and Pettywhisker comes a new character, Nerea, the Queen of Thalassea. We also get to meet her advisor, Leander. Not too much is said about either of them, but it seems the world of Ni No Kuni is full of surprises and battles to be had.
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is set after the events of Wrath of the White Witch. Pettywhisker is the main part of this story, dealing with the war between his cat tribe and the other mouse tribes. Both of these factions dwell in the town of Ding Dong Dell and it is up to the heir apparent Pettywhisker and his team (including Roland) to take back his rightful throne.
