Red Dead Redemption 2 Gameplay Trailer is Here
Rockstar Games began teasing us yesterday that we’d be in for a treat today – and boy did they deliver. The Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay trailer has gone live, and the game is looking just as fantastic as we all hoped it would.
The in-game footage that we’re seeing today is almost assuredly running on the far superior Xbox One X or PlayStation 4 Pro. The developers do confirm at the end of today’s Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay trailer that the “video was captured entirely from in-game footage.” One thing is clear, the magicians at Rockstar Studios have killed it in the graphical department. Even if you’re still running games on your base Xbox One or PlayStation 4, you’re likely still in line for a visual spectacle.
More From Nerd Much?:
Within today’s Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay trailer we’re finally seeing more of our playable outlaw, Arthur Morgan. It’s 1899, and Morgan and his partners in the Van der Linde gang are terrorizing the west. We get over six minutes of footage to see it all go down. Much of the footage today is narrated, giving an inside look of exactly what to expect from Rockstar Games’ upcoming sequel. Rockstar teases that we’ll be getting another gameplay video down the line too. Giving us a closer look at other elements within the game that weren’t touched upon here.
I don’t know if today’s Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay trailer made the remaining wait for the western better or worse. Only 88 days to go. The game rides into town for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26th.
