For those that had any doubt, CD Projekt Red has put the question to bed. The talented Polish studio confirmed that yes, a Cyberpunk 2077 E3 2019 appearance is happening.
For those of you asking, yes, we will be at E3 this year.

CD Projekt Red, creators of The Witcher, brought their ambitious single-player RPG to E3 in 2018. There, the studio showcased a behind-closed-doors 50 minute demo that was eventually released for public consumption as well during Gamescom later that year.
Following the Cyberpunk 2077 E3 demo, the title received massive praise from numerous gaming outlets. CD Projekt Red earned accolades from IGN, Game Informer, PC Gamer, GamesRadar+ and plenty more. With specific nominations including Best Game, Best RPG, People’s Choice and Most Wanted Game, amongst others.
The project has no doubt been in development in some form for an extensive amount of time. Its official announcement didn’t come our way until May 2012. A teaser trailer for the game then debuted in January 2013. In just its first week, it racked up over 12 million views on YouTube.
The Cyberpunk 2077 E3 2018 demo was considered to be pre-Alpha gameplay at the time, so even just a year ago the developers had plenty of goals in mind that they planned to hit. Because of that, CD Projekt Red has yet to provide an official release window for the game. So when we see the team’s Cyberpunk 2077 E3 2019 presentation, we won’t know even then how close we are to a final product. Unless, of course, the team makes that announcement during E3.
A year after the impressive close-door demo, it’s entirely possible that fans themselves will get to go hand-on with the title at E3 this year. And if that’s not the case, well, then, Cyberpunk might be further away than many of us are hoping.
Outside of Cyberpunk 2077, there’s plenty of other games to get excited about at E3. And you can find them all at our official hub right here.
