Quantum Break Release Date Set for April, Includes Alan Wake

Microsoft has announced the release date for the upcoming Remedy Entertainment game, Quantum Break, which we now know will grace our Xbox Ones AND PCs on April 5.

But the Quantum Break release date isn’t the only big news that came in the press release — there’s more. With every pre-order of the game, players will be able to download two of Remedy Entertainment’s most popular games, Alan Wake and Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, including The Signal and The Writer DLC packs for Xbox 360.

And yet, another announcement: Microsoft will include the Windows 10 version to those who pre-order a copy for Xbox One at no additional cost.

Microsoft also unveiled the Xbox One Quantum Break bundle, with features a 500GB Cirrus White console and matching controller, Quantum BreakAlan Wake, and the DLC packs for $349 USD. It will be available starting on March 29, 2016.

This is quite an impressive push for Microsoft to sell Remedy’s upcoming Xbox One game. Quantum Break is one of our most anticipated games of 2016. Although it’s likely that most of us have already played Alan Wake, it’s great that they’re including a copy and the DLC, and it’s also great that the Windows 10 version is included in the price of the Xbox One version. You can pre-order Quantum Break on Amazon and other outlets right now.
