WATCH: Suicide Squad Deadshot Trailer

A new Suicide Squad Deadshot trailer has landed just a few weeks before the movie’s release. This smaller trailer focuses on Will Smith’s character.

This new trailer begins with Deadshot in his prison cell. After being handed food that has been mixed with toenails, the character remarks, “One day, I’m going to get out of here, and I’m going to rain down on you.” It’s a great line with a great delivery and we can’t wait to see it in context.

Additionally, the Suicide Squad Deadshot trailer also features a few quick shots of Harley Quinn, Joker, and more. Even the Batmobile makes a quick appearance.

Recently, a report on Deadline suggested that Suicide Squad is on track to make $125 million within its opening weekend. This would shatter the previous August opening record of $94.3 million set by Marvel’s own The Guardians of the Galaxy.

The only worry we have of the film’s quality is all thanks to the mediocre nature of Batman v Superman. Based on the Suicide Squad Deadshot trailer, we’re feeling like this movie will be a much more different case.

Suicide Squad opens in theaters on August 5. We already plan to see the movie right away, so maybe we’ll see it with you!
