Stranger Things Season 2 Talked About by Creators

Stranger Things Season 2 could be a thing if the creators have their way. Hopefully, Netflix will approve a second season sooner rather than later.

Recently, creators Matt and Ross Duffer were at the TCA press tour in Beverly Hills. According to Variety, they spoke about Stranger Things’ “bigger mythology.”

“We want it to feel like a big movie,” said Matt Duffer. “But there’s a bigger mythology, and there’s a lot of dangling threads at the end. We could explore it if Netflix wanted to continue.”

“It’s about giving enough so the audience feels satisfied,” Ross Duffer added.

The only real issue for Stranger Things Season 2 is that the child actors are at a point where they are rapidly aging. “We end [the season] at Christmas,” Matt Duffer said to Polygon. “We can’t pick up again in January. We’d have to skip a year or two because the kids will have grown. I mean, look at them now! We’d have to do it the Harry Potter way.”

If you somehow missed it, Stranger Things is the latest original series from Netflix. The show stars Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, and Finn Wolfhard. If you’re a fan of classic Steven Spielberg films from the 80’s, you won’t be disappointed.

Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long for Stranger Things Season 2.
