Spider-Man Reboot Releasing Sooner Than We Thought

Spider-man reboot release ahead of schedule marvelEver since Marvel announced that Spider-Man was finally going to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans have been eager to find out more about the Spider-Man reboot. Luckily, you will have to wait a bit less than you thought.

Originally slated to release on July 28, 2017, we now only have to wait till July 7, 2017. While this may seem insignificant since it is still so far away, every little bit helps if it means we get to see it sooner.

The reason for the small change is that Sony Pictures is giving July 28th to the new Jumanji film.  The Jumanji reboot has been pushed back from its original release date of December 25, 2016.

The Spider-Man reboot stars Tom Holland as our titular superhero with John Watts directing. As you may already know, this will be the first Spider-Man movie that will be produced in partnership with Marvel Studios.

While we are certainly feeling Spider-Man fatigue, we are crossing our fingers that this third reboot will be worth it. Marvel has certainly been knocking it out of the park already with the MCU.

Expect to see how the new Spider-Man is portrayed when he makes his cameo in Captain America: Civil War on May 6, 2016.
