21 Best Horror Anime of All-Time: The Scariest Anime

With October right around the corner, it's time to start gettin' spooky with it. Here are our 20 favorite horror anime.

It sounds as though ZeniMax Online Studios is gearing up for development on a new project. The team, known for their work on The Elder Scrolls Online, has published a job listing for a position aboard “an exciting new IP”.

The listing on the ZeniMax Online job listings site is for a Core Tech Programmer. After glancing over the position’s responsibilities, it sounds as though the person hired will be integral, handling engine development and more for the unannounced game.

The listing also states that applicants should possess “Strong technical knowledge of Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC”. So those are obviously the consoles that ZeniMax Online Studios is planning to developer their new IP for.

ZeniMax Online Studios also states that having “MMO development experience” is a desired skill. They also ask that those that apply have “Experience with network game client/server architecture.” Thus making it pretty evident that this “exciting new IP” is going to be another MMO from the studio.

On the same job listings page, a short blurb confirms that ZeniMax Online Studios “is hard at work developing new, compelling content and DLCs for The Elder Scrolls Online in addition to currently unannounced projects.” Based upon the above listing, it sounds as though one of those unannounced projects is ready to go into full production.

The team at ZeniMax Online Studios has been working on The Elder Scrolls Online for close to 10 years now. The game holds a Metascore of 71, so they’ve done a solid job. And since the title’s 2014 launch, there have been continual updates to keep fans engaged.

It’ll be exciting to see what new world the developers can dream up next. In the meantime, there are tons of other MMOs headed our way throughout 2018 and 2019. You can check out Nerd Much?’s complete list detailing them all right here.
